( Wire) RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Cake Enterprises, which operates Southern California-based The Cake House chain of cannabis retail stores, plans to expand in Riverside County. The Board of Supervisors Tuesday approved licenses for another of the company's cannabis retail outlets to open in an existing building adjacent to Interstate 15 in the unincorporated Riverside County community of Temescal Valley. Cake Enterprises currently touts two Southern California Cake House locations — Wildomar and Vista — and one store in Battle Creek, Michigan.
